Here is our guarantee.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase,
you may return 1 (one) opened bottle with at least half of its' contents and all

 unopened bottles in saleable condition with your shipping slip / receipt within 30 days 

from the date of purchase for a refund of the merchandise.

A 20% Processing Fee applies to all returns.

 

Shipping & Handling Charges are not refundable.

 

We cannot offer refunds on any reorders.

 

 


 

 

 International Orders

 

Clients will be solely responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes and fees imposed by their
country. By asking us to ship to another country, you are assuming all liability for any customs,
duties, or tariffs. Should customs seize the shipment, we cannot refund your cost.

We can not guarantee that your shipment will not be lost or stolen on the way

to your country or within your country.

The customer assumes all the risks upon purchasing the products.

Shipping Policy

Our shipping and handling cost are all indicated next to the price of the item.

All of our products are shipped through the US Postal Service, including International orders.

All orders typically take 1-2 business days to process.

Please note that we ship Monday through Friday, excluding US Government holidays.

Back ordered items generally ship within 4-10 business days.

Please note there may be some countries we are unable to ship to due to Customs regulations.

Customers are responsible for any customs charges or taxes imposed by the destination country.

We are not responsible for any delays this may cause. Customers also take responsibility that

the products they are ordering can be legally imported into their respective country.

 

Order Delivery and Back-orders

Our goal is to ship your order immediately and completely. All orders are processed.

within 24-48 hrs and email notification will be sent regarding back-orders.

You will be contacted by email if the item has become discontinued or is long term out of stock.

If after one month we are unsuccessful in obtaining an ordered item, we will cancel the item

off of your order and credit your account. Please notify customer service prior to cancellation if

you wish to extend a back order beyond 30 days. All customers outside of the USA will be

contacted by email if an item is out of stock to allow you to determine if you want the order

shipped or held until the item becomes available. You may also contact us to cancel a

back-ordered item at any time and receive a refund.

 

Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled, however it can be returned.

After receiving a shipment, please check all contents against the packing slip before discarding

box and packing material. The customer is responsible for tracking shipments. In the event a

shipment does not arrive, we need to be notified no later than 2 weeks from the recorded delivery

date. In some instances the customer may be required to sign for a package,

this is solely at the discretion of our shipping department.
